Surrey Heath Borough Council has successfully prosecuted an individual to the charge of fly tipping, contrary to section 33 Environmental Protection Act 1990, following a detailed investigation by council officers. 

Names of candidates standing for election in the new East Surrey Council and West Surrey Council elections on 7 May have been published.
