Update 29 January 2026.  We are pleased to announce the sale of Woodend car park is now complete.  As part of the sale agreement the new owner will keep it as a car park until 31 December 2026.
Contracts have now been exchanged with Broomhurst Group Limited, with completion scheduled for end of January 2026.
