To apply to create, change or query an address, you must complete the street naming and numbering form.

When making a payment, select the option for street naming and numbering.
Important information
Before applying to create, change or query an address, you should be aware of the following:
- street naming and numbering is a statutory function of the council
- postcodes are assigned by Royal Mail at the request of the local authority
- eligibility for a postcode depends on occupation and secure mail delivery arrangements
