VAT applies to CON29 and CON29O products. Local Land Charges (LLC1) fees are not subject to VAT.

Pay a local authority search fee
You can pay a local authority search fee online.
When making a payment, select the option for land charges search fees.
Before requesting a local authority search, you should be aware of the following:
If a search request has been submitted and accepted as valid, it cannot be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded.
If your search has been submitted through NLIS, you should contact your channel provider promptly.
