About the consultation
The Enforcement Policy is a replacement of the existing version and is updated to reflect changes in guidance and provide a more comprehensive summary of how we discharge our regulatory functions.
Beneath this core policy, each regulatory service area already has a service-specific policy, which aligns with the principles of good regulation required under the Legislative & Regulatory Reform Act.
