Your comments will be considered as part of the process of preparing the next version of the Local Plan, known as the ‘Pre-Submission’ or ‘Regulation 19’ version. This will be subject to further consultation in 2023, prior to the Local Plan being submitted for independent examination. We are keen for local people to tell us their views and we would therefore encourage you to get involved and have your say on this draft version of the Plan.
All comments submitted during this consultation will be considered as part of the process of preparing the Regulation 19 version of the Surrey Heath Local Plan. We will also publish an Interim Consultation Statement as part of the preparation for the Regulation 19 Plan identifying the main issues raised and our response to these.
