Chobham Parish Council has submitted their proposed Neighbourhood Plan to Surrey Heath Borough Council for consultation, independent examination and adoption.
The Neighbourhood Plan covers the period to 2038 and contains a vision and planning policies which if adopted, will form part of the development plan for Surrey Heath and be used by the Borough Council in the determination of planning applications in the Parish.

Results
Any comments received will be passed to an independent Examiner who will assess the Neighbourhood Plan against a set of Basic Conditions and recommend whether (subject to modifications) the Plan should proceed to a local referendum.
