Final notice

If we still don't receive payment a final notice will be issued.

If you do not respond to the reminder notices, you will receive a final notice about your Council Tax.

This means that you have lost your right to make payments against your Council Tax account by instalments and you will need to pay the full amount of Council Tax remaining.

The amount due will be stated on the final notice to prevent any further recovery action being taken and to avoid any legal costs which will be added to the amount you owe.
