Consultation information
We are now entering Stage Three of the Community Governance Review (CGR). This stage sets out the Council’s draft recommendations and gives residents the opportunity to comment before any final decisions are made.
The review looks at parish and community arrangements across the borough to ensure they continue to reflect local identity and provide effective governance.
Our draft recommendations are:
Unparished areas
No changes proposed.
Bisley, Chobham and West End
No changes proposed.
Bagshot & Lightwater
We are proposing to keep a combined parish for Bagshot and Lightwater, without Windlesham village.
Windlesham
We are proposing a new parish with a parish council for Windlesham village area.
