Supplementary planning documents

To clarify its approach to S106 obligations and CIL as well as how S106/CIL funds will be prioritised, the Borough Council has produced an Infrastructure Delivery Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The Infrastructure Delivery SPD was adopted by the Council on the 22nd July 2014. The Implementation date for the Infrastructure Delivery SPD will be the 1st December when the CIL charging schedule is implemented.
