Core Strategy and Development Management Policies

The Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document (CS&DMP DPD) sets out the key policies that will be used to determine the location, amount, type and timing of new development within the Borough in the period up to 2028.

The Council adopted the Core Strategy on 1st February 2012 and it now forms part of the Development Plan for the Borough.
