From 15 September, we will no longer accept payments by cash or cheque.  

This change is part of a move toward more efficient, flexible, and digitally accessible services for all residents.  

All payments will now need to be made online or by phone.

You can use our online payments portal to pay for an invoice or any of the below services. Alternatively you can pay by phone using our 24-hour payment line, 03300 884 693

On our payments portal, you'll need to first select the item you wish to pay for on the dropdown list. You will then need to have your credit or debit card details to make payment.
