You will need to send your licensing application to the necessary responsible authorities. This page includes the contact details for the responsible authorities.
Responsible authorities are defined in the Licensing Act 2003 as authorities who are able to comment on applications made under the act. They can apply for a review of a licence under certain circumstances.
Before you submit your application to us, please check the guidance notes or checklist on the application form you are completing. These will tell you which of the responsible authorities (listed below) you have to send a copy of your application to. The copy, or in some instances copies, should be sent on the same day as you make your application to us.
If your application form is completed online, it will be sent automatically to all the necessary responsible authorities.
