- properties six plus: £37.50 each
- changes to development layout after notification: £49.50 per plot
If changes to development layout are needed after completion, a new street naming and numbering application is required.

- property naming or renaming: £68.55
- register a new postal address (not the result of a planning application): £68.55
- street naming or renumbering at a residents' request: £247.20 plus £49.50 per property
