Examples of current total charges (inclusive of the statutory planning application fee and excluding any handling charge by the Planning Portal) if all fast-track options are chosen:

  • for a householder planning application for an enlargement to the dwelling (£528) the total fee payable would be £1,128
  • for a minor planning application for a new or replacement dwelling (£588) the total fee payable would be £1,488
