Miniature railway

Frimley Lodge Miniature Railway offers a scenic ride for a kilometre in the park. It features steam and 'diesel' hauled trains. It is operated by the Frimley and Ascot Locomotive Club on a voluntary basis and is open on the first Sunday of each month from March to November, as well as some other special events throughout the year.

It is a popular attraction for all ages and is a bustling railway with plenty of variety and interest. The club maintains the railway, provides the engines and trains. Aside from the ride itself, it is also a thriving membership organisation open to enthusiasts who have an interest in trains, engineering, railway operation and social activities.

Club members meet at the club house by the railway in the park every Sunday morning and Wednesday for club activities. Prices

You should allow 10 minutes from ticket purchase to arrival back at the station.

• Standard ride (one circuit of the track): £1.50
• Family tickets: £12 for 10 rides 
• One free carer per registered disable passenger
