Woking Athletic Club offer all the track and field disciplines. They also have a road running section and cross country in the winter.
Training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.
Club facilities include:
- a six lane, all weather floodlit track
- an eight lane sprint straight athletics track
- four jumping areas
- three throwing areas
