The Workshop Youth Hub offers free, tailored careers advice and employability support for young people aged 18 to 24 living in the Surrey Heath area. Whether you're exploring your options, planning your next steps, or ready to enter the job market, our team is here to help. We work closely with local employers, training providers, and community organisations to give you the support you need to succeed.

We can help you:

  • explore career pathways and opportunities
  • create a personalised action plan
  • improve your CV, cover letters, and interview techniques
  • connect with local employers and training providers
  • attend workshops, events, and webinars on job hunting, wellbeing, and personal development.

The support we offer:

  • one-to-one careers guidance.
  • CV and cover letter writing support.
  • mock interviews and interview preparation.
  • help finding jobs, apprenticeships, work experience, and volunteering opportunities
  • skills development sessions and wellbeing support

Eligibility

To access our services, you must:

  • be aged 18–24
  • live in the Surrey Heath borough
  • you can also register if you are claiming Universal Credit
