Phone lines are open from Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm and Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm
Changes to our phone line opening hours
From 2 January 2026, we’re making a small change to when you can reach us by phone. Our phone lines will be open from Monday to Thursday 9am until 4:30pm and Friday 9am until 4pm.
In person
The main reception at the Council offices is open Monday to Friday, 9am until 1pm for face-to-face visits. You can pre-book an appointment by calling 01276 707100.
