We continue to offer a comprehensive variety of services that can be carried out online via this website.
- Log in to or create an account to manage your council tax account on Citizens Access Revenue.
- Report changes for Council Tax such as moving into or out of surrey Heath using Citizens Access Revenue.
- Apply, report or ask us using our online forms via the Report It webpage.
- Waste and recycling bins across the Borough are managed by Joint Waste Solutions.
- Email your general enquiries to contact.centre@surreyheath.gov.uk.
- Email your council tax, business rates, housing benefit, local council tax support enquiries to revenues@surreyheath.gov.uk. Please put your account number or claim reference in the subject line.

If you are currently homeless and unable to find a temporary arrangement you can contact the Council for advice on 01276 707100. Please be aware that there is not a duty for the Council to provide everyone who finds themselves homeless with a form of emergency housing.
Our opening hours for telephone calls are as follows -

Tuesday 9.00am to 1.00pm and 4.00pm to 5.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Thursday 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
The Housing Team can be contacted on 01276 707100. Please be advised that the Housing Team no longer see people in the Council Offices unless they have a pre-arranged appointment. You will not be seen by a member of the Housing Team if you attend the Council Offices without an appointment even if you are homeless. We therefore ask that you contact us by telephone on 01276 707100 or by email at housing@surreyheath.gov.uk to request an appointment.
