Street trading policy

This document sets out the Surrey Heath Borough Council Policy on Street Trading, and took effect on 1 April 2023. The Policy details the arrangements for the management of street trading in Surrey Heath and enables the Council to regulate the location and number of street traders operating in the Borough.
