Productivity plan
In April 2024 the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (now changing to Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government) wrote to all Local Authority Chief Executives to require them to complete and submit a Productivity Plan. Surrey Heath Borough Council’s Productivity Plan is attached below.
