Council strategies

This document outlines the approach that is taken by the council to proactively manage its property assets in order to maximise the return from its estate. Our land and property estate has a value of approximately £200 million, which is budgeted to bring in net rental income of nearly £5.9 million in 2026/27. So, it is essential that the council has a strategic approach in its management of its property assets.
