The Borough of Surrey Heath (Off-Street Parking Places) order 2025 Variation Notice
Notice is hereby given that, the Council of the Borough of Surrey Heath will, under Section 32 and Section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), cease the use of the Deepcut Car Park - Woodend Road, Deepcut. Removing it from Schedule 1 it will also be removed from the above named order. The changes will come into effect on Date 26 January 2026

Position of vehicle (2): Wholly within a parking bay
Classes of vehicle (3):
- (i) Motor cars within the provisions of Section 136(2) (a) of the Act of 1984.
- (ii) Motor-cycles as defined in Section 136(4) of the Act of 1984.
- (iii) Motor Vehicles, constructed or adapted for the conveyance of goods or burdens, which do not exceed 1.5 tonnes unladen weight or 2.1 metres in height, unless the vehicle is being used to load or unload goods in connection with adjacent premises.

Off-Street Parking Places Order 2025 - Variation Notice
Notice is hereby given that, the Council of the Borough of Surrey Heath will, under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to vary parking charges for those car parks listed in Schedule 1, introducing an evening charge at both Main Square and Knoll Road parking facilities, which are also identified in the above named order. The changes will come into effect on 18th February 2026.
