Business Rates Revaluation 2023 - publication of draft lists

You may have seen that as part of the Autumn Statement, the Chancellor has confirmed: 

• publication of the Revaluation 2023 draft lists for England and Wales. 
• the associated NDR Revaluation 2023 official statistics are now also available 
• in England, a £13.6bn package of business rates support was also announced 
• plans to introduce the new 12-months improvement relief in April 2024, rather than April 2023. This would mean it will be available until 2028, at which point the Government intends to review the measure. 

Ratepayers can view their future rateable values and get an estimate of what their business rates bill might be (from 1 April 2023) through the Find a Business Rates Valuation service on GOV.UK.
