Parking terms and conditions

The Off Street Places Parking Order 2025 came into force on 13 February 2025. 

It includes information on:

• safe and correct use of parking places
• safe and correct use of pay and display car parks
• safe and correct use of pay on foot car parks
• terms relating to our parking permits
• enforcement provisions including incurring a penalty charge
• exemptions including motorcycles and disabled person's badge holders
• removal of unauthorised vehicles
