The Blue Badge scheme helps those with severe mobility problems to park closer to where they need to go.
Applying for a Blue Badge
Surrey County Council oversee the Blue Badge Scheme. You can find out more about the scheme on the Surrey County Council website (external link).

Using a Blue Badge in our car parks
Blue Badge holders can park free of charge in all Pay and Display car parks, provided they:
- Clearly display a valid Blue Badge.
- There is no time limit for parking in these bays.
In the following car parks, Blue Badge holders must park in a designated disabled bay, and pay the standard parking charge. They are not permitted to park in permit and or reserved/staff bays:
- Knoll Road car park
- Main Square car park
