Surrey Heath Borough Council is saddened to hear of the death of Camberley West County Councillor David Lewis.
Cllr Lewis was a Borough Councillor for Watchetts ward from 2015 - 2023, and was a member of the Executive as the Finance Portfolio Holder in 2020-21.
Surrey Heath Borough Council Leader Cllr Shaun Macdonald said: "I would like to pay tribute to Cllr Lewis's many years of public service in Camberley and the wider Surrey Heath area.
"On behalf of the council I send my sincere condolences to Cllr Lewis's family and friends at this sad time."
