Anonymous complaints

Nuisance must be witnessed from a complainant’s property. We understand why some complainants would prefer to remain anonymous however our ability to respond is limited if you do not provide your details. 

Your name and address always remain confidential unless you are asked to provide evidence in court. Most complaints are resolved without the need to go to court.

Antisocial behaviour

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) is when someone’s actions have caused – or are likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress to any person.
