Tell us about a change

If your circumstances change, you must tell us. If you fail to tell us about a change or give false information, you may be liable for prosecution. 

Examples of changes:

• if you move house
• if anyone moves in or out of your home
• change of name
• abereavement of any person registered at your address
• changing the way you pay us
• changes to exemptions and discounts

How to tell us about a change

You can tell us about a change online using our Council Tax Options system.
