Surrey Heath Partnership

The Surrey Heath Partnership brings together different parts of the public sector, as well as the business, community and voluntary sectors, to work together to benefit the Surrey Heath community.

Members of the Surrey Heath Partnership

The statutory members of the Surrey Heath Partnership (SHP) are:

Surrey Heath Partnership objectives

With an active local partnership, Surrey Heath welcomes the Surrey Health and Wellbeing strategy, and work collaboratively at a district level to support this together with our own local issues which are highlighted within our annual plan as detailed below.

  • Working with all partners on targeted interventions to make Surrey Heath a safer place to live and work
  • Working with all statutory partners, business and the voluntary sector to ensure a joined up approach

Safeguarding and health Business Crime Shared policies and procedures
To fully engage with Surrey County Council and health partners in re-assessing  the scoping of a form of domestic abuse support and referral programme for GP practices. To fully engage with the Council CCTV strategy in  Camberley town centre and to work collaboratively where possible to detect and prosecute crime with any spare capacity with Surrey Heath Borough Council's re-deployable CCTV’s .  Deliver a scam awareness Campaign by September 2024. To undertake PSPO training during the spring/summer 2024. 
Deliver a VAWG campaign based upon the outcome of the needs assessment undertaken in February 2024. Promote and support a White Ribbon campaign November 2024.  Increase safeguarding awareness by enabling access to basic on-line training for members. Delivery of a Partnership Intelligence awareness raising workshop for SH partners by June 2024. For the SHP to share updates and update develop and review the  plan that meets the Serious Violence duty 2022 legislation.
Share all learning and best practice relating to Fatal Domestic Abuse Reviews. Support the UK Shared Prosperity Fund from Surrey Heath Borough Council's Economic Development team Retain a commitment to ensure of effective information sharing and joint problem solving at CHaRMM to safeguard vulnerable individuals and to increase the safety and well-being of SH communities.  To actively work with partners to develop the  Surrey Heath Anti-Social Behaviour plan/strategy by November 2024.
