The Council's vision and priorities for the future are contained and explained within its key corporate document the Five Year Strategy and Annual Plan.
To support the successful delivery of this, the Council prepares an annual budget position along with medium term financial plan, expressing these priorities in financial terms.
The Councils proposed budgets are approved annually, usually at the beginning of March.
