Small Grant Application for Coach Education | SURREY HEATH BOROUGH COUNCIL

This form should be used by existing or prospective coaches who wish to apply for financial support towards the cost of coaching qualifications (up to a maximum of £250). To be eligible for a grant, coaches must deliver sessions for the benefit of Surrey Heath residents upon successful completion of their coaching qualification.

Any successful grant applicants will be expected to hold a minimum of 8 hours of coaching sessions for the benefit of the Surrey Heath community. If applicants do not complete their coaching qualification and/or do not deliver 8 hours of coaching within 12 months of receiving their grant (other than in exceptional circumstances), Surrey Heath Sports Council may demand repayment of the grant in full.

Members of Surrey Heath Sports Council may perform checks in this regard to ensure grant awards are not abused.

Any successful grant applicants will be expected to hold a minimum of 8 hours of coaching

sessions for the benefit of the Surrey Heath community. If applicant
