A chance to wander around this historic chapel and graveyard - 0th century chapel of ease, set in a closed cemetery containing the grave of Emily Jane Popejoy (Victorian Servant girl who tragically lost her life).

Two presentations {14.30 and 15.30) on the local history library, the collection, how it is sourced, what subjects are covered and how accessible it is. The day is a launch of Surrey Heath Museum's 'What, Where, Why & When' display space on the history of the area.

Celebrating Bisley School Chapel and Bisley Village Hall - 10.30 to 13.30 
Bisley Village Hall, School Close, Bisley, GU24 9EG
An event to celebrate the heritage of Bisley Village Hall , once the chapel of 
the Bisley School (aka Shaftesbury School) which existed from 1868 until 1959 to provide refuge in the countryside for homeless and destitute boys from London. 10:30 to 12:00 displays and opportunities to look around the buildings. 12:00 unveiling of two blue plaques. 12:30 talk and conversation 
with three Old Boys. Refreshments served by the WI.

Historic Walks of Bagshot and the northern end of Camberley –18:00 to 19:30

Frimhurst Family House - 13:00 to 17:00

The childhood home of Suffragette and Composer Ethel Smyth plus a unique home for families in poverty, created by local philanthropist, Grace Goodman (1960s to 1980s), her legacy was further nurtured by ATD Fourth World (who manage the property today).

14:00 unveiling of two blue plaques
14:15 to 15:00 Lecture on Ethel Smyth with Chris Wiley
15:00 to 15:45 Lecture on Grace Goodman with Tom Croft 
followed by a final tour
Sunday 16th September
St.Michael’s Church Spire & Bell Tower – 14:00 to 16:00
London Road, Camberley, GU15 3JP
A chance to find out about the works to the church spire and enter the bell
tower. Cream teas will be available.
