Walking for Health - Walk Leader

As a volunteer walk leader, you would be helping people in your community to get active and healthy, providing vital support that they otherwise might not get. As well as ensuring walks are friendly, safe and well run, walk leaders are also our ambassadors for walking, their scheme and Walking for Health - showing people that walking really can make a big difference to their lives.

Camberley Sprint Triathlon - Event Marshal

As part of the upcoming Camberley Sprint Triathlon we are looking for volunteers to be reception and route marshals. The event is designed to promote the sport of triathlon in a fun and exctiing way and typically attracts competitors from all around Surrey Heath and the surrounding areas. The event is made up of a 400m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run around Camberley and starts and finishes at the Arena Leisure Centre. This is the perfect opportunity for those interested in sporting events, working in a friendly team or triathlons.

If you have any interest in volunteering in one or more of these events, please contact Natalie Annalls on 01276 707401 or email Natalie.Annalls@surreyheath.gov.uk
