Waste and recycling bins across the Borough are now emptied by Amey on behalf of Joint Waste Solutions (JWS). JWS is managing waste and recycling services for Surrey Heath and three other local authorities in Surrey.

Report a Missed Collection
Report a missed collection (food, recycling, refuse, batteries/small electricals, textiles or garden waste).
Please be aware of the following points
- collections may be carried out at a different time so your containers must be out by 6am
- food collections will be carried out at a different time from your wheeled bin collection

Please be aware - During cold conditions, the moisture content in the garden waste bins freezes and expands often preventing the bin from being emptied.
