Woodside Cottage Public Inquiry

On the 20 January 2020 planning application 19/0235 was refused for a residential development of 44 dwellings comprising 7 No. two bedroom, 9 No. three bedroom, 16 No. four bedroom two storey homes and 7 No. one bedroom and 5 No. two bedroom flats within a three storey building along with access, parking/garaging, and landscaping, following the demolition of existing dwelling and associated outbuildings. The applicant was CALA homes. 
 
An appeal has subsequently been lodged with a Public Inquiry scheduled for commencement on 20 October 2020. Due to Covid-19 restrictions this will be a virtual Inquiry. Details of attending and viewing this Inquiry can be found below.  If you wish to participate or observe the proceedings, then you must register with the Inspectorate prior to the Inquiry.
