Planning applications fees, which are nationally set, increased by 20% on the 17 January 2018. A user friendly guide to all current fees is provided below:

Please note: if submitting an application after Monday 10th September 2018 using the Planning Portal, you need to make payment via the Portal rather than through Surrey Heath Borough Council.
