The Surrey Family Support Programme is agreed between the Council, Surrey Police and District & Borough Councils across Surrey.

Surrey Heath & Runnymede Borough Councils have joined in partnership to deliver the Family Support Programme locally.

The Surrey Heath & Runnymede Family Support Programme, alongside Surrey agencies will positively change the way in which we work with families, meaning the family can access services through a single conversation and families will have one single family plan of action.

A team will be formed around the family where all relevant agencies will work together as one team to work with the whole family.

Intensive support is offered with a family coordinator allocated to a family working with each member of the family, to better understand the family dynamics and the hopes, aspirations and needs of each member of the family.
