Where an event involves fun fair rides then the event organiser must notify the Council at least two months before the event as specific documentation must be completed and returned. The additional documentation for a Fun Fair includes:-
- Third Party Public Liability Insurance Cover of a minimum value of £10 million per ride
- ADIPS forms for all rides
- Risk Assessment
