Free Transport to Covid Vaccine Appointments

Are you or someone you know going to find it difficult to get to your Covid vaccine appointment?

We are supporting our local NHS vaccine rollout by offering FREE transport in our community buses to those who would otherwise have trouble getting to their vaccine appointments in our local area. The service is Covid-secure, with regular sanitising between every journey, and limited passenger numbers to help with social distancing. Face masks are worn (except by those who are exempt). You don't have to travel alone - all passengers can be accompanied by a carer, too.

You may be told about our free transport service when you get the phone call booking your vaccine appointment - but don't worry if not, you can just give us a call and we'll take care of organising it. For more information call 01276 707655.

Our Community Transport Service provides access to services, appointments, facilities and social activities in Surrey Heath and the neighbouring area.

We offer a door-to-door service, for residents who are unable to access public bus services. This may be for reasons such as a physical, sensory or learning disability, frailty, mental health problems or unavailability of bus services.

The service operates five days a week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, giving you the flexibility to travel when and where you want to go.

Transport is provided using fully accessible vehicles enabling easy access for all our passengers. All of our vehicles can carry individuals who travel seated in their wheelchair. Our drivers are fully trained and are able to provide assistance to passengers as required.
