The Surrey Heath Show returns to Frimley Lodge Park for an incredible eleventh year on Saturday 19 May from 10am - 4pm.
With over 8,000 people flocking to Frimley Lodge Park for last year's hugely successful 10th anniversary event, this year's show is shaping up to be even better than the last.
The Show will see the return of long-standing favourite, the Companion Dog Show. You can bring your dog along on the day to enter, with entries for all classes open from 11am. Judging starts at 12 noon.
Radio Frimley Park will be the host of the arena which will see a variety of displays throughout the day including the Bezerkaz Circus, Arena Leisure Centre and Phoenix and Redz Performing Arts. The Bootworks Theatre Company will also be part of the arena events with a very special jukebox!
Organised by Bob Potter, the Classic Car Show returns. There will be a great selection of vehicles on display. There will also be performances from the Farnborough Concert Band of the Royal British Legion and Professor Dill’s Punch and Judy Show!
The Show's own BBQ will be offering delicious burgers, hot dogs and bacon rolls. There will be a wide range of stalls which will offer food and drink and showcase local businesses, community groups and charities.
Keep the kids entertained with the fun fairground rides or inflatables. Surrey Fire and Rescue will also be there and it goes without saying there’ll be a fire engine or two!
Explore the rest of the park by taking a ride on the miniature railway, and if you see the Show's mascot Spike The Hedgehog, don't forget to say hello! He'll be more than happy to pose for a photo or two.
Each year the Surrey Heath Show distributes some of its proceeds to local charities and community groups. In 2017 over £10,000 was given to such groups to help fund some of their projects.
The Show is sponsored by The Massage Company and Arena Leisure Centre. The event is free to attend, with car parking for the day £5. For more details visit: www.surreyheathshow.org
