Walking for Wellbeing Group – Catalyst Community Connections
Catalyst, a local charity, host a weekly walk in Surrey Heath every Wednesday from 1-3pm to help improve mental health and wellbeing for people in the local area.
The walk at Frimley Lodge Park is run by group co-ordinators and offers a safe and friendly space to talk and listen to others.
It suits all abilities - it’s a fairly flat route and there is an option for a refreshment break along the way.
To attend your first session, you will need to register by contacting us via phone, text, email or by visiting the Catalyst Support website.

Volunteering Opportunities
Leading a walk is a fantastic way to give back to your local community and to share your knowledge with new people. Full training is provided, commitment can be very minimal and most importantly it’s great fun!
If you have questions on any of the above, please contact Isaac Knox at isaac.knox@surreyheath.gov.uk or call 01276 707346.
