Please note: you will only be contacted by an enforcement officer if you have witnessed a fly tip and are willing to provide a formal witness statement of the event; or have photographic or video evidence of the offence you have not already made available to the Council. Otherwise please report the fly tip for clearance purposes by completing a ‘Fly Tip Clearance’ form
