SNAPSNAP club nights were established in Surrey Heath in February 2003. They are held at the Camberley Theatre on a monthly basis between 7pm and 11pm.

These evenings are designed to provide a safe environment for young people aged between 11 and 16 years to meet and enjoy themselves. Popular DJ Leroy provides the music and there is often a special event organised. SNAP now attracts capacity audiences of 500.

An important part of the evening is to encourage young people to learn the Crimestoppers number and to ring if they feel they have anything to report. Whether it is that they know someone involved in anti-social behaviour, drugs, drinking underage or criminal activities. They are also encouraged to say no to alcohol, drugs and cigarettes and to adopt a healthy life style.

SNAP disco from January 2008Surrey Heath Borough Council work with Surrey Police and Surrey Crimestoppers to promote these evenings.
