These charges apply for the period April 1st 2007 - 31st March 2008:

| Talks on site at the Museum | £12.50 per talk |
| Talks at the school | £17.50 if school provides transport £18.50 without provided transport |
| Talks for schools outside the Borough of Surrey Heath | £22.75 (boardering areas only) |
| In-set sessions for teachers | £46.50 per half day |
| Tour of Museum | £12.50 |
| Tour of Museum + handling session | £17.50 |
| Local history study sessions specially tailored for each school. | Please ring to discuss format & charge |
| Loan of replicas or photographic displays | £4.25 per fortnight |
| Loan of Photograph sets | £4.40 for three weeks |
