Following payment a receipt is printed which shows the time, date, what the payment was for (for example the Council Tax number) and amount paid. Please present this receipt in the event of any query relating to a payment.
What can I pay with? You may pay using Delta, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa or Switch credit / debit cards. Switch and Maestro are in the process of amalgamating under the Maestro name. Please note: A fee of 1.5% is charged on all credit card payments (with the exception of Parking Fine payments) to help cover banking costs.
You are also able to pay by Automated Telephone Payment System (ATP) with the use of your debit of credit card. To use this system Telephone 0845 5645697. 24 Hour Automated Telephone Payment System. You will require a touch tone phone to enable you to use this system of payment.
