What is the South East Plan?
The South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA) was dissolved on 31st March 2009 and responsibility for regional planning in the south east now rests with the South East England Partnership Board.

The South East Plan is a wide-ranging, strategic planning document. It is a statutory document, replacing current planning guidance (RPG9) and, the Surrey Structure Plan 2004.

The South East Plan was published in May 2009. A partial review of the South East Plan to consider accommodation needs of Gypsies and Travellers.
