Annual Monitoring Report

The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for the Surrey Heath Local Development Framework reviews the progress made in meeting the targets set in the Local Development Scheme and the success or failure of policies against key indicators and performance criteria.

The AMR 2010 - 2011 has now been completed and monitors the period 1st April 2010 - 31st March 2011. The Report states the progress on the implementation of the Local Development Framework (LDF), and the performance of the Surrey Heath Local Plan 2000 policies and the Core Output Indicators and Significant Effects Indicators relating to Development Plans.

The AMR 2010 - 2011, was submitted to the Secretary of State in December 2011, as required of all local authorities. Comments on the format and content of this document are welcomed in order to inform the preparation of the AMR for the period 2011 - 2012.
