Planning Application Forms changes April 2008

The Standard Planning Application Form (1APP), was introduced by the Government on 6th April 2008. It has replaced all existing types of planning application forms (except minerals) within England and is the only legal way of submitting a planning application.

Surrey Heath Borough Council is now accepting applications submitted via the 1APP form; it is also possible to submit planning applications via the internet (Government Planning Portal).
