Pre-Application and Permitted Development Enquiries

Due to staff shortages, and in order to maintain performance, it is essential that Planning Officers concentrate on the processing of submitted planning applications. It is therefore with much regret that the Authority is unable to respond to permitted development enquiries and pre application requests at present. It is hoped that, following a recruitment campaign, a full service will be available again before Christmas. The Authority regrets any inconvenience that this may cause the public and agents.
