Statutory Register for Planning

What is the Statutory Register for Planning?
The Statutory Register is a requirement of all LPAs to maintain and allow public access to details relating to planning application.

The Statutory Register for Surrey Heath Borough Council contains only applications relevant to addresses within the Borough.

What information does the Statutory Register contain?
Key information about planning applications is held and made available for access by the public.

The Register contains the following information:

How can I access the Planning Statutory Register?
Any of the information contained in the Statutory Register (listed above) can be accessed. Details are available on request, via the Council Offices in person, by emailing development.control@surreyheath.gov.uk or by telephone on 01276 707222.

An Index of the Statutory Register is maintained for each planning application received, by address. View the lists of planning applications for the following years:

Planning History for an address
Should you require full planning history information for a specific site address this information is not held on the Statutory Register, but is available on request by visiting our offices, emailing us development.control@surreyheath.gov.uk or telephoning 01276 707222.
